About the Committee

The Hesburgh Women of Impact (HWOI) Leadership Committee is a team of passionate women leaders dedicated to amplifying the voice, influence, and impact of women-centered inititiatives across the University of Notre Dame community and beyond. Serving as a strategic steering group, the committee partners closely with University Leadership to design programs that uplift and advance all students, provide insight on key initiatives, and cultivate a culture of inclusion and belonging. Through their leadership and collaboration, committee members empower others to grow, lead, and make a lasting impact on one another and the Notre Dame community.
