Aspiring Leaders Program

In 2023, the Aspiring Leaders Program was launched to embrace Notre Dame graduates from the past ten years.

Alumni are nominated by Notre Dame faculty, staff, and the Hesburgh Women of Impact Leadership Committee to attend the annual Women for Good Weekend each May, where they are provided their own sessions for early-career development and a partner with more lived and work experience to learn from.

The Aspiring Leaders Program

The Aspiring Leaders program fosters a strong community of recent Notre Dame graduates dedicated to cultivating leadership skills, advancing the University’s mission of being a force for good in the world, and empowering them to lead with purpose, faith, and make meaningful contributions in their personal and professional lives.
