How to Become a Mentor 

Becoming a mentor is a straightforward process. Each year:

HWOI members receive an email invitation with an application to apply as a mentor.

The application gathers information about the mentor’s background and areas of expertise to ensure a great match.

The Meruelo Family Center for Career Development collaborates with HWOI to match mentors with undergraduate students who apply.
